Sweep & Scrub is the technology developed by Adiatek that combines sweeping and scrubbing into a single operation. Thanks to its cylindrical brush system, the machine washes the floor while simultaneously collecting solid residues such as dust, small stones, wood chips, screws, leaves and other debris into a dedicated collection hopper, reducing cleaning time and improving overall efficiency.
How does it work?
The Sweep & Scrub system uses counter-rotating cylindrical brushes that loosen dirt while mechanically conveying larger solid particles into the integrated debris hopper positioned in front of the brushes. At the same time, the floor is scrubbed with the cleaning solution and dried by the squeegee, completing the cleaning cycle in a single pass. This eliminates the need for a separate pre-sweeping operation and allows operators to clean more efficiently, even in demanding industrial environments.
