The CAM sheet is a technical document that ensures product compliance in public procurement procedures in Italy.
It summarizes the mandatory environmental requirements for cleaning services and related supplies, as established by the Decree of 29 January 2021 and Article 34 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, which requires the inclusion of CAM in tender documentation.
The sheet must indicate: product identification, manufacturer’s name and registered office, place of manufacture, noise emissions, percentage of recycled plastic, and polymer marking according to technical standards. It must also document product durability, replaceable parts, disassembly instructions, and end-of-life recycling.
These elements are consistent with the objectives of the Italian National Action Plan on Green Public Procurement (PAN-GPP) and with the EU GPP Criteria for cleaning services.
