RT-R-Quartz 80: Autonomous Cleaning Evolves Towards Sustainability
RT-R-Quartz 80 is the sustainable version of the R-Quartz autonomous industrial floor scrubber, designed to combine autonomous technology, professional cleaning performance and a greater focus on the materials used.
Part of Adiatek's RT-Line, it features tanks made from 30% recycled polyethylene and components manufactured from recycled and recyclable raw materials. A solution that integrates sustainability into professional cleaning equipment design, without compromising the reliability and performance of the traditional range.
Robotic Technology and Adiatek Reliability
Developed in collaboration with Muratec, RT-R-Quartz 80 is based on a well-established Adiatek floor scrubber, subsequently equipped with autonomous navigation technology.
This combination maintains the washing and drying performance of a traditional floor scrubber while adding the benefits of automation.
Designed for medium to large industrial and commercial spaces, it can operate in both autonomous and manual modes, offering greater flexibility in daily cleaning operations and helping optimize time and resources.
Easy Setup and Intuitive Controls
Setting up cleaning routes does not require a specialized technician. Through a simple and straightforward learning process known as teaching, the operator can guide the machine to map the working environment.
The 7-inch touchscreen makes it easy to manage all floor scrubber functions in both manual and autonomous modes. The intuitive interface, featuring clearly recognizable controls and symbols, simplifies programming and operation.
Two Learning Modes for Customized Cleaning
RT-R-Quartz 80 offers two learning modes, which can be combined to create customized cleaning sequences:
Playback: the machine records the route, settings and operations performed by the operator and subsequently reproduces them in autonomous mode.
Perimeter: the operator manually defines the perimeter of the area to be cleaned, and the machine autonomously plans and carries out the cleaning process within the defined area.
Combining these two modes allows cleaning operations to be adapted to different environments and specific cleaning requirements.
Intelligent Navigation and Obstacle Management
Thanks to its autonomous navigation system, RT-R-Quartz 80 can detect and manage unexpected obstacles during operation.
When an obstacle is detected along its route, the machine attempts to navigate around it and resume cleaning, helping ensure operational continuity and safety in environments shared with people and other equipment.
RT-R-Quartz 80: the efficiency of robotic cleaning meets the sustainability of the RT-Line.
